Anyone know of a hospital that offers externships in psych for IMGs??

Most programs are asking for US clinical experience in psych.

If you are referring to externships available for International Medical Graduates:

In southern California, I only know of Cedars-Sinai in LA. But they require a social security number. If you're a non-GC holder/US citizen, they might be able to help you acquire a SSN but without work privileges.

Yes..for IMGs = International Medical Graduates.

Thank you for the reply. Cedars has already replied to my inquiry and yes they do require the SSN (which the SSO does not issue to B visa holders).
