Externships?

What other schools (besides Penn) have externships at outside locations during either the 3rd or 4th year? Or programs during their 3rd years that are elective time and allow students to pursue various interests?

I think most schools encourage its students to take externships, if not during the summers, then during the normal semesters at those schools that has it integrated into the semesters.

I did mine during the summer after 3rd year.
