Extra Experiences- Where to put them on the application?

I am working on filling out the Application at this current time. Three of the specific catagories are: work experience, extracurricular volunteer and community service, and Awards honors and scholarships.

Just out of curiosity, where would you put things such as
1. Shadowing
2. Leadership Oppurtunities
3. Research

Please give me some input on these things. Thanks

If you are/were paid it is Work Experience. If you were not paid it is an EC. If it is an award of some kind it is an Award, Honor and Scholarship.
