Hello Everyone!
I have been debating the good old question of should I do an extra year of undergraduate or try my chance and if all fails, get into a post bacc program?? This has been bugging me for months and I think it is starting to affect my focus on studying for the DAT so here goes! Any advice or insight will be greatly appreciated 🙂 Perhaps someone has also been in my situation before and can offer some help!
Currently a junior at Binghamton University
Overall GPA: 3.404
Science GPA: 3.275
(Low GPA is part of why I'm thinking I should wait)
Over 200 hours of shadowing --- I'm unsure how important that is ):
Completed a dental internship at a hospital
Involved in a couple of clubs
Another thing... I dont have any professor in mind for my letters of recommendation. I struggled to, I guess bond with my professors. I went to office hours and such but we never converse pass the class materials.
So what do you guys think? I'll love honest opinions but please dont be rude about it. 🙂
