Hi!
I noticed that a lot of people who are applying to pre-pharmacy school are peer advisors--either it's student pharmacy advisor, major advisor, etc. I was wondering if this looks good? I don't mind helping other students with scheduling their classes to fit in the pre-reqs, talking to students about pharmacy school, etc. but I do know that being a peer advisor is VERY time consuming (especially around like May). So I was wondering if I should apply to be a peer advisor if it would look good on my application as a leadership thing because if it doesn't, I don't know if all the time the job is going to take is worth it.
I'm already involved in a nonprofit clinic that provides free healthcare to low income families. I was wondering if this might be considered a leadership activity? Although I feel like all of us are leaders at the clinic, not all of us have the title of "president" or "secretary" etc.
