Extracurricular Activities question, need some help

Hey guys,
I need some help putting in my extracurricular activities into PTCAS. This is basically my last section before I e-submit. Anyway, a few questions.

If I was in a club but I didn't hold any positions (treasurer for example) do I still put that down? I went to the meetings and events most of the time for my kinesiology club and pre health club. Do I just put down "general member" or something?

Secondly, do I put any PT related internships in this section?

Lastly, I served as a representative/panelist for the kines program at my school and answered questions/talked about exercise related topics for underprivileged high school kids but only for a day. Does that count? It was part of the senior scholar program at my school.

For the clubs I was involved in I just put Merit Based Member or something along those lines. I think I would put the PT internship under observation hours? If you're on Facebook, look up ptcas (type in physical therapy central application service) and you can post your question and they are very good at answering everyone's question.

Yea I guess I'll just put down what you said about being a "merit based member" or general member.

And I've already asked them many questions through fb, I'll post it up right now actually. I just wanted to see what other people put down. That particular section is somewhat vague and needs more specifics.

Anybody else have any input?
