I'm going to mention the obvious volunteer and charity experience I have, but what about sports? Should I mention here that I play in a weekly soccer game? Or that I participate in a weekly swim race? They are both community activities, but it's not with an official organization. What other kinds of things are you guys listing?
 
Put it down. Let the adcoms figure out what does and doesn't carry weight. It can't hurt you.
