I think the OP is using a visual acuity scale to estimate what you think the RX might be before you put a patient behind a phoropter.

Gotta love those -0.25sph OU myope who think they have the worst vision in the world. And the +1.50 -2.25 x 076 that state they have no problems but have headaches and problems reading, but don't want to wear glasses.
