Base is 270-450 depending on area and practice type. Some do incentive production, some don’t. Highly variable contracts for my co-fellows. Don’t live near NYC, Seattle, LA, Chicago, the ocean, or mountains if you want to be above the lower number.

MGMA 2019: PM&R/Pain
- 10th Percentile: $223k
- 25th Percentile: $357k
- Median: 447k / Mean: 494k
- 75th Percentile: 600k
- 90th Percentile: 756k
I do not have the latest MGMA so this is from 2019 data so not sure how the numbers have changed. Also many of these numbers will be higher/lower based on geographic region and hospital vs. PP, etc.
