Hello,
I have been using 2005 FA and did not even realize that 2007 version is out (I was thinking it is like Robbins). Any comments whether the 2007 edition has more information and worth the switch.
Thanks

yep, the 2008 ed is coming out in Dec 2007- available for pre-order on amazon for 29 bucks. i'm holding out for this edition so i don't regret not getting the 'latest' edition when cram time comes around in the spring.

I used a 2004 edition when I took the exam this past summer and didn't have any problems or feel like I would have been better off with a newer edition. I decided not to upgrade to the current edition because I liked the subject-based organization over the newer systems-based one, and I had notes from my 1st and 2nd year courses in my copy.

Should I wait until I finish 2nd year to get first aid, or would it be good to get now (as an MS1) to annotate as I study? I already have all the BRS books.

I decided to stop annotating FA and better spend that time doing questions. There's usually two schools, those that say annotate and those that say don't - I am on the don't school, and it gives me a better return for my money [time].

Too much annotation turns a high-yield book into a low-yield book.

You should correct errors, obviously, and if a description is unclear to you, add something brief for clarification.
