Much respect to the first aid authors for stepping their game up with images in FA 2014 plus adding some more high yield diseases...however, I was wondering if there were any significant content changes (+ does anyone have any advice on where I can find a pdf of these changes)

Thanks.

The behavioral science chapter got quite the makeover. Better presentation and organization overall. They moved a few topics out of behavioral science into neuro and psych, but other than that the content has pretty much stayed the same.

I have annotated the excrement out of my 2013, and asked myself the same question. Settled on getting the new one since it does seem to have some additional information (I just had a couple minutes to flip through it at the store), but I'll get it later once the errata list is published.

Hey guys, I was wondering the same thing. I have the 2013 First Aid. Is it worth getting the 2014 edition? I'm planning on taking my exam in June or early July. Is there also a pdf file someone can send me of only the changes? Thanks

I've been using 2014, after having sunk hours into 2013. Honestly very, very little content changes (if I had to guess, perhaps <1-2.5%?). Hard to say if it is worth it when it comes to content

having just taken step 1 this week i can tell you there was a few questions where FA 2013 was not adequate but 2014 was much better.

ill leave it at that
