Face-to-face hours

Would someone be able to tell me exactly what constitutes face-to-face hours? I just finished my first practicum and kept track of all my hours, but I'm not sure where certain duties at my practicum would fall. For example, for an assessment practicum, does only the time you spent with the client doing a clinical interview and administering neuropsych tests count as the face-to-face portion? Or does scoring the measures also count as face-to-face? Furthermore, what does report writing fall under? Thanks.

The term "face-to-face" is key here. Dont complicate it.

Of course assessing them would. Scoring would not. Report/progress note writing would not.

Pretty much what it sounds like. If you are in the room with clients and interacting it is face-to-face. If not, then not.

There are a few exceptions to this (I think peer supervision counts as face-to-face, if memory serves) but report writing, scoring measures, etc. are definitely in that "support hours" category I'd always been told no one looks at or cares about😉

Thanks, the other student at my practicum was counting scoring as face-to-face hours so I was a bit confused.

clinical face to face hours are either: assessment (neuro or personality; the times you actually give the tests and feedback) and then intervention hours (therapy). So, you will have two numbers of interest: assessment and intervention face to face hours.
