I assume aslong as there is nothing illegal your safe. Drinking is legal for me, so im not too worried about that. But just put your profile on Private so only your friends can view you.

it doesnt matter what your privacy settings are on facebook or who is and isnt your friend. Facebook has one of the worst privacy policies ever....they allow any law enforcement officer, employers, and schools (and maybe even some more people) complete access to view your profiles in its entirety. Sounds hard to believe but look it up online and you'll see. The dean of admissions at VCU said he looks at the students' profiles just to make sure their pictures are "professional"...he even said he emailed a past student and told him to change his profile pic.

I actually heard that they search your facebook and myspace to see if you are cool or not. So maybe you should leave those beer bong pics up!

They actually base about 25% of their their admissions decision based on the number of friends you have(the rest is GPA, DAT, etc). Myspace friend count actually is more important than facebook. Also, the more often you update your profile, the better...it shows responsibility. 😀

actually... this has/can/probably will happen.

It happened to my cousin. She was interviewing at UMKC (med school), and they had her FB profile printed out!! She didnt' have anything incriminating but they had at the interview!

the internet is a public place. if you dont want the whole world to see something then dont put it on the internet.
