Truly. I've seen students respond to situations by digging in their heels, and I've seen students respond by loudly acknowledging their mistakes and asking for help, ready to accept whatever punishments/remediation are demanded. We are powerless at this time. You made a mistake, now it's time to take part in the theatre that lets everyone know that you are good to move forward. An unenviable position, but I hope you make it through.

Also, I'm super curious...how was this discovered? I remember getting HIPAA-stressed about poking around the day's caseload when trying to figure out the EMR...
