Anyone dealt with this before? From what I have read, "empirical" dosing of FFP and avoidance of Amicar are the keys:

If anyone has experience, personal or otherwise, with such a case, I'd appreciate hearing from them.
 
I have no experience in this but sounds like a good case write-up, given its rarity. Some appear to have proclivity to thrombosis, if they do present with a sign/symptom. Knowing that, unless they presented with a history of diathesis, I'd treat them as a typical bypass patient--fearing a thrombotic complication over a hemorrhagic. The risk of either is probably not much higher, either way.
