Does anyone know when we are supposed to submit FAFSA? At my interview in september they said to do it as soon as FAFSA opens, but from SDN threads etc it doesn't seem to matter as long as its before the deadline of March/April as dental school is rolling admissions.
I've called about 3 dental schools and they said that you can submit FAFSA to their school even without a decision, but i've come across a few articles saying that FAFSA allows schools to see your ranking of schools within the application/see where else you applied/ see how their school ranks which can affect your scholarship or aid that each school offers. Not sure if this is exclusive to undergrad or if this still applies. I know in general FAFSA opened earlier this year than it has in past years, so I'm not sure if that's throwing off the timeline as well. 😕 Any information would be greatly appreciated!
