Fafsa Pin??

Hey everybody I was just curious to see how long it takes to get the pin required to sign your fafsa application?? I need to have it completed by March 1st, and I was worried that if I print it off and sign the application it would get there late.
Also it says it takes 3 days to get the pin, is that about right or have some of you gotten it early??

Finally can it be totally completed without having filed your 2004 taxes??
