Your shadowing looks good, and clinical experience is decent. The two short foreign medical trips are irrelevant (in terms of helping your application), since adcoms see those as a way to pack lots of volunteer hours into a short amount of time, while going on a vacation.
If I were you, I would maybe try to get a little more clinical experience and some non-clinical volunteer hours.
With a science GPA < 3.5, and non-stellar ECs, your odds for the CA schools arrn't great. Apply broadly, including lots of mid to lower tier OOS private schools.
