I think a lot more information is needed before the SDN community can really give any advice. cGPA, BCPM GPA, MCAT, ECs, research, a potential reason for the F beyond what the typical college student faces, etc. would all be helpful information. While it goes without saying that an F is going to hurt your chances, students have gotten in with Fs on their transcripts before.
