Hi

I failed one of my pre req classes in my first year and so i retook the class.

I just wanted to know how most optometry schools calculate pre req GPA, do they include a 0 for the failed class? or disregard that class?

it really depends on the school, some schools only calculate the second grade and some schools combine the two grades...since it's only your first year, you should definitely try to do a lot better as you go because improvement is important....PCO only calculates the second grade...
