I passed the NAPLEX last year. I've spent the last year since then to try to pass the MD MPJE, but now I've found out that I just failed the 5th and last try. Exam taking has never really been my strong suit. Does anyone know if there's a chance I can get another try? Or should I just move on and try another state? I'm concerned that I will have to pass the NAPLEX again since those scores are only valid for a year. I'm just really depressed right now and trying to look for the next step.

What study materials were you using? Maryland did have a difficult MPJE, in my opinion. Have you tested in any other states? You may have to re-do NAPLEX if MD is your only state you've tested for as you can only score transfer within 90 days if the state allows (I know DC does not allow, you have to register for DC to receive your score when you register). I guess the good thing about MD being so small is it would be easy to be licensed and work in a neighboring state and still be close.

My scores were all between 69-71. I used the MPhA book, the questions from pharmacyexam for MD law, and class notes for federal law. I didn't buy the questions from pharmacyexam until after my 3rd try. It's not like you know what you get wrong between attempts. It's disappointing to see my score not improve at all. I felt like with most of the questions I could easily eliminate 2 answers, then the last 2 would be pretty much saying almost the exact same thing.
I've already resigned myself to retaking the NAPLEX.

Hi dear, please don’t be discouraged. Maybe try another state since this is the last attempt for MD. I was in the same situation as you. I failed MD law twice. My last attempt i used the Rxprep MPJE review I enddd up passing with a 76

Im from NY and I have failed NY MPJE three times with a 73 each time. Do we have five times to take it? Is there anything I need to do before the state board approves my fourth attempt?
