Failed Part one? Please help

So I got my board scores in the mail yesterday and it shows I'm in the 25.4th percentile but says I failed. 😕 How is this possible? I only got below the 10th percentile on one subset of the 11 broken down? Is it possible this is a mistake? I've obviously left a voicemail with abpmr. Thanks for any insite or encouragement!
