i have a quick question and this is something I wanted to know before I take the Naplex my first time. What happens in cases where you failed the Naplex after 5 times? You can’t become a licensed pharmacist ever? Has a case like this happen to people before?

Yes, as I understand it, you could never be a pharmacist. If you have failed 4 times already, then 1) let us know what school you went to, so everyone will know to avoid it, and 2) you need to not plan to take the NAPLEX again for a minimum 2 - 3 years and get expert advice on what the problem is 3) start studying again completely from scratch, go through all your textbooks again like you've never been a pharmacy student before, give yourself old tests, memorize your notes, etc.

It’s normal to be nervous about the NAPLEX. I was. But consider 87.95% of first time test takers pass. Those are good odds. Consider where you typically rank in pharmacy school. Where you at the very bottom? C student? Isn’t the passing score for the exam like 75%? If you really study for it, you will have not trouble passing it on your first try.

Why the Drop in the NAPLEX Pass Rates?
