Hey everybody,
Question regarding the use of Kaplan Pharm videos... I've been working on these for the past two days and have been overwhelmed by it. Looking ahead at the next few days, I'm not too sure if I can handle the barrage of information. I have the lecture notes from Kaplan in hand. Each day, I preread and then go thru the videos. As I go thru the videos, I'll annotate FA. Btw, the Kaplan Lecture Notes for Pharm are pretty bad. In the first two chapters, there were several errors in the answer key!
Anyway, this takes me one whole day. Even though I wake @ 10am... I don't start to get into the groove of things till about 12. I usually don't finish till late. I rarely have time for any practice questions.. if any.
I also notice Kaplan goes into great details with each drug.. much more than FA. I do realize that they are talking about the mechanisms and interactions which is important, but for some drugs, they go into much more than what's indicated on FA.
Any advice from this point forth? I'm currently behind schedule (~2-3 days). I also have a couple of quizzes that I still HAVE NOT reviewed yet. Things are piling up.
Need some advice!!
Please help!
Thanks!
