Family shelf --case files and NMS

Which one should I focus on? I'm planning to do both,but I could spend forever on each. So I need to figure out which one to spend more time and energy on. Btw, this is my first rotation.

Case Files always worked well for me. The problem with Family was that there were no practice questions --- so you may want to grab Pre-Test or Swanson's (which is actually a review for in-service exams but good practice for a shelf).

It was one of the more difficult exams simply because of the breadth of material you're required to know.....

There are plenty of practice questions... Go to the AAFP website and sign up for free as a student. You can do like 700+ FM board review questions on the website which are great prep for the shelf.
