I know people have posted math shortcut threads, but I didn't find any that were helpful. I've done 8 out of 10 tests from the crack the dat math and I'm still not close to finishing the tests. The videos from crack the dat show the correct way to do the math, but never any shortcuts. Does anyone have advice or know of a good website with math shortcuts/tricks?

Shortcuts...??? there are so many types of problems on the exam. There is really no shortcut direct formula. You need to understand the problem not just read it... know what they are asking for and do some mental math... are the only shortcuts that i know off. Geometry understand and know the formulas. know your basic trig.
Some people say skip all the word problems... but doing so you will lose more than 5 mins easily... almost all the problems on my exam were word problems and they are very simple.
read it if you cant do it then just pick random answer or educated guess and mark and move on so you can get to the rest of the problems...

If you have to divide big numbers, try factoring. For example, if you have to divide 360 / 162, you could do long division... but this takes a long time. Instead you can do (9 * 4 * 5 * 2) / (9 * 9 * 2) = (4 * 5) / (9) = 20/9. I tried to use factoring as much as possible instead of doing long division
