Ok guys I need your help really bad...

I want to know how I can get into a US dental school... my case is complicated so I need you cleaver guys and gals to guide me on this

-I have a bachelor's degree from New Zealand in dental hygiene (128 credits) which was completed in 2005
-I have over 5 years of working experience as a hygienist
-Also last year I completed the first year of dentistry (DMD) (46 credits, 3.30+ GPA) in Manila
-I did volunteer dental work as a dental student in the Philippines
-Because of family reasons I've come to the US, however it will be around 1 year until I receive my green-card.

I have a few problems:

1) I do not not have all the prerequisites required by most schools: More specifically I lack 8 credits of organic chemistry, 2 of credits general chemistry, 2 credits of biology, 2 credits of physics
2) It has been more than 10 years since I have completed classes that cover the other prerequisites
3) I have a low GPA (2.75) from my undergraduate course and the reason for this is because I failed a 20 credit clinical subject because for unknown reasons my teacher/teachers decided that I don not meet the term's requirements

So only thing I have going for me is that I have a heck of a life experience which is beyond what I can explain here and also I have a lot of dental experience and am able to get good grades (3.8+) when I take the prerequisite classes.

My questions are:
1) How favorable is my case?
2)Which school are more favorable for admission in my case?
3) Does it matter which university I take the required uncompleted prerequisite classes? University of Maryland (UMBC) charges around $10500 for international whereas Southwestern Minnesota State university has the same rate for international as local which is around $3500 per semester.

Really appreciate your input guys 🙂
