FedEx sucks!

So I am waiting for a package from Columbia, which they sent on April 2nd. I haven't received it yet, so i give them a call, and the woman gives me a tracking number. I call FedEx to ask them what the hell is going on and this is what they have to say:

Them: "Sir, it looks like your package was destroyed."

Me: "What do you mean DESTROYED?"

Them: "It appears it was involved in a Truck fire."

Me: "Well, I never received a call, and neither did Columbia, so what the hell is going on then?"

Them: "Well, a call was placed, but it appears nothing was done about it" --> trying to put the blame somewhere else!
"But, we'll have to trace the package to make sure."

Me: Ok.. let's see what happened." and I gave them my info, and they should call me today!

Needless to say, this is the dumbest thing I've ever heard!

Let's see what happens, but so far, FedEx sucks!

but at least now you know and columbia can send you another one...and you should let them know of your situation! I am glad that you called them to make sure!

Add The US Post Office to the sucky list. My letter of invitation for a interview from IU arrived to my house 5 weeks after it was sent. It had 3 postmarks, was ripped apart, and scribbled over with pen.

I asked FedEx about "my package" and they told me to drop my pants so they could get a better look. How rude! I'd make fun of the US Post Office but I hear they have guns.

they never set documents on-fire.

but fedex must be the most violent because one time i sent a document that i didn't mean to send; so i called the service-operator, she tracked the package to the delivery courier's van and she got him on the line as he was in front of the destination, and then asked "do you want us to Destroy it?" (as though a service option). "we can destroy it for you"
