Fee Assistance Program - Costs after first 14 waived?

I did a search and couldn't find anything about this:

AMCAS states that: "Waiver for all AMCAS fees for up to 14 medical schools ($602 value)
Additional fees will be charged for each medical school designation beyond the initial set of 14."

Does the standard primary application rate apply after the first 14 are waived? ($160 for school #15, then an additional $34 for the remainder?)

FAP covers the initial fee so you just have the additional $34 per school you want to add.
