I am going to start my application in 2018. By when should I have my FAP completed and is there a deadline I should know about? Would you say the earlier the better?

it opens up either late december or early january. sometime around that time, so fill it out and sent it in during that time. the earlier the better because they don't have many vouchers. I send it in the day it opened or the day after (can't remember exactly because it was a while back) and i got it.
