Can we leave the whole "Fee Assistance" portion of our application blank if we are not eligible for the assistance program?
I noticed there are some red dots next to some of the questions...I'm not sure if I have to fill those out. I'm not eligible for the program.
Also, I wouldn't consider myself as disadvantaged, so can I leave that whole section blank as well? There are a few questions on there about where I grew up...etc.
