Fee for changing test date?

I haven't yet gone searching through the pages of the NBME's website, but I thought someone here might know...how much does it cost to change the test date if you do it "too late"? (say, 4 days before you're scheduled to take the exam).

If I want to reschedule without a fee, I'll have to do it tomorrow, but there are circumstances and things to figure out, etc...so I'm wondering how bad it would be to wait and pay the fee. If it's a lot, I may just go ahead and take my scheduled exam...I may do that anyway if I just want to get it over with.

yikes...but I was thinking it might be even worse (like having start over completely and pay $500 again!)...thanks...
