Hi, I need to send the official copy of SAR report from FAFSA and was wondering which year of copy I need to send.

is it 2008~2009 SAR report
or is it 2009~2010 SAR report?

i sent in the 2008-2009 one. all the tax stuff pertain to the 2008 year (they already received my forms except they said they didn't get my w-2 form arggg).

the fee reduction program is for people that can't afford the entire AADSAS application fee so they deduct some off of it (from what i'm reading on sdn is around half?).

the website says 2008-2009 one.. and Fafsa sent me 2009-2010 one.. fml. so i have ask for another extension ARGGGGG.

hey lazybummy, you can get the sar report from the website (login and go to sar summary on the left hand site and download the pdf). They didn't say it was the wrong one when I sent it to them.

also, are you contacting them via their email address (and getting timely responses)?

Ooo are u sure? Cuz the lady extended my deadline just so I have time to get the actual copy of SAR transaction report. Weird.. she should just have told me that i can print it out.. 😕. And yes she responded to my email within a day. I tried calling.. no1 ever picked up.. so i just emailed. I emailed her again asking if 2009-2010 is ok ... but im going to request a 2008-2009 one just in case. Now waiting for a response!

yea forsure you can just get it off the site since thats the one i used. i've turned in everything but they say i'm missing my w-2 form,which i sent again overnight on thursday but they haven't responded yet 🙁. if you have a w-2 it's just that stub right and the email is just the main FRPAADSAS email?

How do you go about getting a fee reduction? Do you contact the school? Fafsa? Or AADSAS?

You contact AADSAS..there's a link to the fee reduction program application after you e-submit your and pay your fees.

Hey guys...just wanted to let folks know about my experience with the fee reduction program. I e-submitted my app August 12th. Mailed out my supporting documentation August 14th. They received everything August 18th and I received an email this morning telling me that I had been approved! So it was a VERY quick turn around. If you feel as if you qualify I say apply for it because it does help!!
