feedback on maryland/pratt

have heard mixed things about maryland/pratt, some love it, others find it too big, dysfunctional, an unhappy marriage of two programs with a substance-abuse-heavy experience.

thoughts?

I'd be interested in your replies. I, too, am looking at psych programs in the DC area. Have you heard anything about the others? ie. Georgetown, GW, National Capital Consortium (do you have to be military to go there?).
Do you live in the DC area? I'm in Northern Virginia. What school do you attend?
