Hi, how much should an independent contractor physician expect from a hospital for doing the following:
1)initial acute inpatient physiatry consult note
2) each subsequent follow up note

Also, for other facilities, such as SNF or LTACHs

For SNF consults use 99304-99306 for new and 99307-99310 for followup
