Who's going to notice the difference if you put "Fellow of ASIPP" vs "Member of ASIPP" on your CV?

He was kind enough to respond to me when I had an issue with an insurance carrier. Not interested in being his fellow but he is on my nice list.
 
no testing? No extra fees? If no, can we make it equivalent to BC?
