is musculoskeletal/spine a fellowship or is musculoskeletal its own fellowship and spine its own fellowship? I was reading http://www.aapmr.org/career/residents/programs/Documents/RoadmapFinal0511.pdf

...and it doesn't present the two as separate which is why I was getting confused.
