Hi, just wondering around how many PICU fellowship applications I should consider submitting? On average is around 20 applications with a goal of 8-10 interviews reasonable? More programs? I'm trying to focus my attention to east coast.

Seems reasonable. The number of applications is dependent on how you are as an applicant. Going on more than 8 interviews is probably too costly and time consuming. 6 is more likely, but do whatever seems best for you.

Agree with surfingdoc. You won't have time or energy for more than 8 or so interviews, so go from there.

All? No. NICU, probably.

I applied to 9 Endo programs and went on 7 interviews. It was waaaaaaaaay overkill. But I also didn’t really know what I wanted in a program, so I had to investigate.
