Me and you have the same date for our interview at Wayne State, pending the status of my jury duty a few days before.

Your GPA is decent. You will need to improve your PCAT score.

You'll probably have a better chance getting into Wayne than Ferris State. Ferris, without interviews, relies heavily on GPA and PCAT scores.

Have you worked in a pharmacy?

I'm gonna start working as a pharmacy tech in a CVS next week. And I also have 244 hours from volunteering in a pharmacy in oakwood, but those are in high school?

I'm applying to those schools too.

My personal opinion is that you would get into ferris with not very much room to spare. Probably the same deal with Wayne, but make it a good interview.

I think most people do better on their second PCAT, but I'd start studying now if you aren't already. I personally thought the barron's and the kaplan practice books were most reflective of the pcat.

So you're not applying to Michigan either? 😉

I'm applying to Ferris also. I have a decent GPA (3.88), and I got a 66 on my first PCAT also. I was told by a few people that I would be able to get in with that score (because apparently Ferris considers anything above 50 to be competitive?), but I took re-took it and got a 75. So I guess if you want to be certain, I'd take the PCAT over.
