Few questions about my app (LOR/DAT)

Hey everyone,
I am reapplying this cycle. i graduated with BA Psychology (bio minor).
Science GPA -->3.3
Overall GPA -->3.3
DAT
AA-19
TS-20
GC-23
OC-19
Bio-19
RC-15
QR-17
PAT-20

MY SITUATION
I applied last July (9schools) but took my DAT on Sept 1st and didn't get any interviews
I have about 60 shadowing hours and other great extra curricular on my resume
I will submit my AADSAS application and official DAT score of TEST 1this week.
Also i am trying to get a letter from pre-health committee. I am on the waiting list and for this reason that letter wont go out till september

MY QUESTIONS:
Should I send my individual LOR right now or wait for the committee letter? Do you think ADCOM will review my application without LOR?
How valuable are the committee letters or LOR in general for the admission process?
Do you think I can get into dental school with RC score of 15? do you know anyone who did?

I am not sure about your first two questions. However I can help you with ur last one. Is English your native language? If you are ESL student, your chance is very slim. Talk to school you will apply. I know one of my friend got into UCSF with 17 RC (but he had 21 AA and 22 TS).

Yea, english is my second language. However, I dont have an accent or anything like that. I was frapped and dont know what happened on the test day. I used to get 19, 20 for RC on practice tests.
