Hi everyone, I'm new here and was wondering if a few of you would mind commenting on my chances given my stats. Here they are.

CGPA - 3.6
SGPA - 3.5

-Biology major at a well respected small liberal arts college
-175+ hours shadowing
-3 years of research
-over 400 hours of community service/volunteering during undergrad
-held up to 3 jobs at one time during my undergrad studies, including a departmental assistant and teacher's lab assistant
-am taking the MCAT in July, practice tests show 31-33...
-bad grade (B-) in orgo II
-A's in Gen Chem I & II, Physics I & II
-not sure how much it matters, but i was inducted into several leadership honoraries during undergrad..
-functional in Spanish

residence: MS


Also, i have a steady upward trend from freshman year.

Can you guys give me some advice and comment whether you think i have a fighting chance at allo schools? thanks in advance

Hm...I guess it depends what the handicap is. If it's something that you've been able to deal with/overcome, and can use that story as an "overcoming adversity" type of story, you could add it. But if it's just going to come off as an excuse, personally, I would keep it out of the PS.
