Official fillable secondary thread:
I created one for SUNY Downstate, as another SDNer was looking for it. I'm not applying to that school. I just did it because I was bored and wanted to help.
I left out the checking boxes as they were too small. If you find any mistakes, please let me know. I'll try to fix them ASAP
If anyone else has made other fillable applications, please post here so that others can can use it.
