My cholesterol level and triglycerides are high. Why isn't it possible to filter out all the blood - in a modified sort of dialysis machine - and have the machine filter out the cholesterol and triglyerides? After doing so, the fats-dialysis machine injects it back to the body.

both aren't very water soluble so they wouldn't be chilling in the blood plasma. they're bound to important proteins that transport them around to cells that need them for metabolic purposes.
