I would like some feedback for my school list.

Undergrad cGPA ~3.6 and sGPA ~3.7, I had a 3.0 freshman year and got an average of 3.76 in my undergraduate afterward.
I'm also a practicing physical therapist, with my DPT, working at a community hospital, primarily in the Med/Surg and Neuro ICU's. Likely will have >5000 hours of clinical experience when I matriculate.
I did undergraduate microbiology research for about 3 years, and co-authored one publication.
Here’s my current school list. any I should add? Take out?
