Finally got my step 2 CK today and I couldn't be happier. Got a score of 205/84. This is my 2nd attempt already and I made an improvement of my score from 181/74.
I'm an IMG and so I consider this score a commendable one already.
Really have to thank my wife for being so supportive while I was studying and also my friends and family who have never doubted what I can do.
The study materials really help I tell you ...just read until it bleeds!!
Study materials I used:
1. USMLEWorld....do it over and over again until the principles stick to your brain
2. Crush Step 2...came in handy in the last few days. Read it 2x
3. NBME Self assessment...it was all worth it. I took the 1st and the 3rd and got a score of 390 and 460 respectively 2 weeks prior to the test. It makes you feel confident and ready to face CK
4. First Aid..just read the last part.
5. Kaplan Step 2CK Qbook
6. Kaplan Step S CK Lecture materials lengthy but worth reading
Took 4 months to study 2 1/2 months for the books and 1 1/2 for MLEWorld
