Is anyone else still waiting on stuff from their financial aid office/lender? I have exactly two weeks until school starts at UNE and no loan app. The school keeps telling me I'll get it any day. Just wondering if there are others out there still waiting.

I just got my Stafford loan promissory note this weekend. I'm attending NSU on Army HPSP.

I got all of my stuff in mid-June; and KCOM was apologetic for it being that late. Of course, each does things their own way...so, this may not be a big deal for UNECOM. But, unless I had the cash for books and tuition on hand, I would be worried as well.

You start in ONLY 2 weeks? I'm envious...

Hi Renee,

I'm headed to UNE as well, and I've received no information etc since my award letter early last month. I just spent the last two weeks on the road, so I haven't thought about it much, but you are right - This is coming up quickly and I hope the money will be ready when I need it. See you soon!

Glad to hear that others are in the same boat as me. Old Man Dave, I have a friend that is going to KCOM and he hasn't received ANYTHING. He said he keeps getting the same reply as me when he calls -- "it's in the mail!" The funny thing is that the Business Office sent me my bill last week which is due the second day of class. I guess I'll just write them a check for it, huh?
