Alright so I searched the forum and didn't find my answer... but anyway, since we're all filing as independent students since we're entering professional school, the FAFSA form does not require parent's income info. However, I didn't have a job in 2009, so I have nothing to fill out for 2009 income. If I don't fill it in, I can't continue the FAFSA app. So I have to include my parent's info... and although we aren't rich, we're not really poor so I feel that by including that info I won't get any financial aid. So although I'm hoping to get a job later this year since my parent's are definitely not paying for all of school, am I in such a position that I have to include my parent's income info? Aren't there any other people who didn't have a job in 2009?? Ugh.

Even though you didn't work, you should still be able to fill fafsa w/o your parent's info.

Yeah... I think I figured it out. I just put 0 and then it let me proceed with the app. Weird.
