Does anyone plan to take out large loans to pay for dental school?... pretty much the full cost of dental school.

I tried to save some cash during my undergraduate career, but the sum is pretty much negligable when compared to the cost of D-school

Loans are the main source of financing dental school.

Unless your parents are loaded and willing to pay your way, everyone takes out large amounts of loans to pay for dental school.

I'm planning on loans...and i'm not real happy about it.

Everyone is planning on loans whether they know it or not. No self respecting parent should hand their kid an absolute free ride through school.

Uncle Sam will give you a loan for service opportunity. I'm not entirely sure it's a free ride through d-school, though.

The army offers a great financing plan...they'll pay for everything (including a stipend) and throw in a free vacation to the cradle of civilization as a graduation present. Pretty good deal if you ask me and I hear Tikrit is beautiful this time of year.

if your parents are willing to pay it, then that's great and there's nothing wrong with that. I wish my parents had the money, but they dont. There's nothing wrong with getting help from you parents.

I dont want anything to do with the armed forces so Im just going to take out loans live close to home and work until I can afford a private office.

Loans are my only financing for dental school!!!
