If you might be going to Finch CMS, this might be interesting for you, even if it is a long way off.
In case you don't know USMLE Step 1 is the biggest test of your pre-professional life. It is not the be all and end all, but you can really rule yourself out of a lot or residency programs by not posting a solid number. Here are the scores from CMS vs the US for the class of 2004
"The Annual Score Report for Step 1 of USMLE has been received. These scores include both CMS and national averages of the students who took the exam beginning last June.
Summary: CMS average score = 220
National average score = 216
Percent of CMS students passing on first attempt = 96%
Percent of national students passing on first attempt = 91%"
Here is a link to the match list for the 2003 grads. 60% of the students at CMS are from Cali with most of those from LA/Orange Coumty/San Bernadino. They are dying to get back, so that is why you see a lot of matches to seemingly obscure hospitals in Southern California, still there are a lot of good ones many specialities.
