I'm having trouble finding a site that has everything that I want in a coat:

-French cloth-knot buttons
-Partially sewn back belt
-Side access slits
-Inside pocket/s
-100% Cotton or blend >50% Cotton

So far this site is closest, but I'm not sure it has an inside pocket. It also doesn't list the length.

Any advice or opinions?

I was looking for what sounds like the same thing a few days ago, and I was very surprised at how difficult it was.

I finally found what I wanted at UniformsandScrubs.com. The coat was a Lindau model number 3138.

I hope that helps.

medicalcoats.com

quite pricey but worth it.

Thanks - those are nice but indeed expensive, considering that the belt, alterations, and buttons counted as "Extras". My coat would have cost $121.90 on that site.
I went with a local central uniforms store, and got it for $52..they measured, hemmed and altered the length for free.

that's pretty sad that your residency won't give you 1 or 2 or 3....

We have some residents from the Phillipines and they brought beautiful white coats. Does anyone know about how to get one of those?

we got 2, mine are both way to big, i look like a little kid dressed up as a doctor, not an image that i particularly care to invoke on pts. i mean my breast pocket is practically in my armpit. not to mention they are made of polyester, which is HOT and unbearable, i would have preferred cotton
